    Alright, once the soldiers are finished, send the army into the wasteland with a supply caravan loaded with salted and cured fish for the journey. They must conquer the area as far as possible eastward. Meanwhile, send settlers into the wastelands to begin building stone quarries, they are to establish mining facilities and camps.
