Alienoverlord In wides, the time it takes for a year to pass varies a LOT. It depends on what is going on, if a war is occuring or some sort of large scale conflict, a year should take a week or so. If everyone is passively building themselves up or nothing significant is happening, a year should take maybe a single day or 2 days. Slow down time when exciting things happen, speed up time when nothing is going on.
