I divert some troops from the western Paroshima front to split Yopa's Paroshima territory in half, and send others to assist Utonia. I also continue the siege, and accept the offer to join the Triumvirate.

Really? Us? We offered you to stop this violence at once, what did you do? Send more troops? Ignore us? Equip your citizens with molotovs? No. We will not stand your acts of tyranny. You are the ones leading Yopa to such extreme meassures with your war machines. If you leave our island at once we will begin reconstruction and call this war off. This is the last chance I'm giving, I am not negotiating anything afterwards.

To Yopa: If you quit attacking and causing brutality we can stop you both from annihalating eachother and make recovery. There have been no requests to stop yet.
