  To combat the efforts in Yopa, make propoganda newspapers to say the public is "being brainwashed" and "will lead to disaster" with extremely detailed reasons why. Make a "fake" revolution called the Yopan Union, hopefully inciting riots that form the union and combat old Yopa.

  Begin the development of drugs which enduce high activity. Play the national anthem every morning at public places. Place propaganda to support out political campaign. Set up a spy network in the enemy lines. Train a special forces group consisting of 500 highly trained men for stealth-behind the lines operations.

  Convert the leading party to an authoritarian/facist part. Country is renamed to "Yopan Federation". Recruitment age at 16. Turn schools into training centers, libraries into outposts, and barricade cities. Run a national campaign based off: "It is critical we unite as one, and fight off this threat that has entered us.". Turn any sort of vehicle into light personel carriers and tanks.
