nl1213 ah, I got it opposite, it has low radiation absorbtion.

First off this doesnt even duplicate neutrons it makes blue photons and second its supposed to be a refelector not a duper. still good idea tho!
I thought beryllium absorbed neutrons, I might be wrong.
