The CRAY is basically cycling a single spark eternally through the pscn.

I find it interesting that the mechanism still works even if you take the battery away, as long as you spark it once the pstn has moved. I suppose the CRAY resetting the PSCN allows it to immediately spark again, so a spark that has traveled from one segment to the another will spark the original segment again, and keep repeating for a constant spark.

Here is my original save, which used a PHOT beam to power a signle row unit, instead of BTRY. I rebuilt it for this save. ID:2156979

The logic units at the bottom of the device just make sure only one SPRK reaches the PSTN per button press.

The order of PSCN CRAY PSCN allows for the SPRK to transfer from one PSCN to the other, while at the same time CRAY replaces the opposite PSCN. This allows for a new SPRK to be applied to the PSCN immediately after the last one, so that you can have constant SPRK on the PSCN. When you add the ARAY, it creates constant BRAY as output. The only way to stop the cycle here, is to pull a PSCN away with PSTN.

Could you explain how the mechanism works?
