Watboi1 27th Sep 2019Dont worry about a interstellar civilisation that currently is depriving itself of energy, something that all its technology (most likely) requires in order to function. The cat empire has weakened itself considerably, whats to stop the Cephalon from marching into the cat empire and simply taking the information it needs whilst not even the cat empires ships or energy dependent weaponry is unable to defend it.
