    Jotunn are born from the ice, and grow quickly into adults, though full size is reached at age 20 ish. Birth rates will become balanced by death when the orders are established or war begins.

    The Jotunn have doubled in population as the new land holds nothing to stop expansion, reducing the amount of infighting competition. This will stop once they arrive at the edges of the Arctic or encounter a worthy and formidable adversary to prevent or contest their expansion. Birth rates are very high as females do not exist.

    The Jotunn are as large as elephants, and very physically mighty. They control the permafrost, which is imbued within them, allowing some control over ice and immunity to the harshest colds. Their intellect is generally low, though leaders tend to be very cunning. They can live for thousands of years, if they manage to not be killed by infighting or the many wars they start. They are eternal, but stagnant, as constant as the mountain but just as unchanging.
