    Locked away for years, untouched from it's seeming uselessness, Canada comes back, and very up to date with technology. Canada has been stealing technology for years from the U.S. and Greenland, unnoticed. Now they emerge from radio silence.

    Antiair mechanics in the United States are put in hard tesing and efforts, in the looming threat of DEFCON 1. Kilometer arrays of AA are proposed, as well as AA as a form of miniature high range missiles. These propositions need to be accepted before building.
