    This can be induced by just sparking it once.

    The Engine explodes once the fuel mixture become oxygen rich, this can fixed by ajusting where the common bulkhead is placed.

    Confirmed, engine breaks if you spark it once

    While capsule breaks from a lightning bolt, usually most capsules would have isulation.
