Nautical minefields are being emplaced, and troops are being moved around to strategic zones. The captured EOM ships have been destroyed in an enemy bombing raid that occured during the night, your ships weren't able to effectively counter the attack as the enemy was aiming for their own ships rather than Soviet vessels.
