    With so much focus on military and scientific advancements, focus also on standard of living conditions and tech. Make sure no one is homeless on the streets, and provide the most we can without straining governmental treasury. Have all aspects of live improved with much better guarantee to make sure that no one EVER dies of starvation, inadequte medical care, or bad living conditions.

    Make sure the day that our soldiers came back is forever immortalized. Continue advancing VR tech and also advancing long range communication technology using satelites and long fiber optics around our allied nations to improve communication for our future expeditions. Increase communication tech with the hope of making it past that EMP shield.

    Have our scientists work on getting through that EMP field. If anything, even if we cannot completely protect our stuff when we enter the field, at least make it last a few minutes/seconds. Make sure that any offensive or threatening acts by the aliens are closely monitered. Continue building up our borders near the Alien nation. Focus on developing a national standing army that can always be called apon, no matter what the time is.

    Intensify the assault on Trahan and continually deploy new ships and fresh troops. Begin southward expansions from provinces East of Kosov and encourage the expansionism. Begin setting up many cities in these newly annexed territories. Upgrade the infrastructure in cities, ports, and the capital to cutting edge modern standards.
