    Implement land reforms and stabilization laws in order to reduce stability needed to take new land. Expand south from the provinces East of Kosov and encourage settlement there. Begin expansions North from the Roman territories. Continue political reform, becoming more like a federation of local republics than a normal single country in order to increase national flexibility and adaptiveness to situations.

    Tighten security of our nation and have an extensive spy reporting lesson and make sure mass surviellence is used to keep track of spy activity, or to see spies. Have all data collected on non-supsicious personnel deleted after 1 week for privacy concerns. Make our nation into a veil of secrecy, with absolutely all spies are to be caught and tried.

    Continue our pre-war research and continue all research on war technology and defensive technology. Increase armor, defense, and strategical flexibility of all of our active personnel, and pull them back in for all the blanket upgrades that they missed. Continue developing magnetic tech and making sure all research is top secret.

    Continue with our own underground projects, and begin to repair everything that got damaged. After the parade order our ships to be repaired and then go after the Trahanic fleet(s). Start terror bombing campaigns on Trahanic cities with the aim of civilian casualties (payback ;) )

    Orchestrate a massive military parade in our capital, this will include a full 2 day event. This will include our Titan watching over our capital city until further notice. This demonstration shall include all branches of the military, and will become a once in a decade event if we aren't in active war. Start preperations of diverting our bombers to Trahan and preperations of a naval invasion.
