Have our old coastal patrol system be gradually replaced to a small boat patrol system where people are hired to ride around on boats covering every single inch of our coastline, and they can switch patrols so the people dont get tired. Have the small boats be used as a delaying tactic to tactically delay enemy ships, if they have any, to hold them off till the big boats come. Have seawalls help with the battles if possible. -

Have nanobot drones transmit and mimic terrain in real life for a real life VR thingy. Start exprimenting with VR technology implants that further the experience to turn it literally into the best VR technology ever, the mind's imagination. Continue our race towards the most technologically advanced empire and keep all technology extremely secret.

However, conceal all upgrades and movements with obstructions and have all workers be checked for spy activity. Keep this new tech EXTREMELY secret. Have all schematics be saved under the super secure military firewall. Integrate this tech on ever aspect that we possibly can, howver don't go too overboard so that the enemy knows. We will do a blanket upgrade of the stuff at the same time so nothing stands out.

Create a completely new study just based on this new technology, but make sure it is not leaked into any other country. All students are to be checked thoroughly before being allowed to study about this. Start integrating the factories taken by Dragonjames back into our society and sieze all of our property back.
