    Have our researchers try to use the designs of our ship's steam engine to develop engines for land vehicles. Experiment with different wheel types, the type of material, and different designs. Have researchers develop smaller types of steam engines to go on our everyday ships and small warships. These should be cheap and moderatly powerful. Meanwhile, set up libraries around the empire with books on every subject.

    One last word of advice. Conquest scale and speed will increase dramatically if you guys are able to develop motorization of terrestrial vehicles.

    Train 4k troops - half in the mainland of Colora and half in the colony we can refer to now as Frontia. With the new resources, help build the continental trade route.
