    Launch thousands of missles into Dragonjames' capital. Invade his bay by forcing our ships in and bombard his ports. We shall not allow a single supply drop into his land. Meanwhile, research better body armour tech that uses the previous tech to combine technology together for more protection. Advance our medical tech by using nanobots and artificially grown limbs or maybe organs. Start allowing robotic impantations into people.

    Immediantly respond to this threat by annoucing the speech that I will send in discord. Activate Plan:Invade and move most of my troops, except 20k elites at my capital, to Dragonjames. Bombard his cities with thousands of artilery that I built before. Hold our ground with the fortications we built before.

    Send 60% of my army to attack north and east of my boorder with dragonegg, and send 40% to attack west.

    I send all my troops to the Soviet Powers for relocation. Supply them from my own supplies, so it wont waste the local economy. Build 100 ships, and start buying more and more tech from the Soviets. Give the soviets full control of my empire but if I order it also counts. Send my ships to also help Dragon.
