I temporarily move all government to the major city in the mountains, and urge all citizens of the western regions to move east. I also point my nuclear arsenal at the UFR's capital (but not press the red button, yet) and launch the Nurr mission, giving the crew a warning that they may not return to the surface of a green Edir. -
