Begin research on advanced troop training technniques and troop equipment. I want a special branch of the military made, the StarFleet. All members of this branch are to undergo extensive elite training and be specialized to use our spaceships to fight. They are to have EMP proof computer implanted chips to connect to the onboard computer for basically 0ms reaction, however manual controls are still to be taught.
