    Intensify mining in the north. Slightly increase taxes. Increase advertising for state-owned businesses. Increase taxes on richer citizens. Export excess resources. Begin family planning programs to increase population growth. Encourage donations to the government.

    Denounce the war and the threat of nuclear weapons. Upgrade nuclear contingencies. Build more cities in the scattered islands off the coast of the colony. Expand south from the mainland. Send 10k reinforcements from the mainland. Relocate willing citizens from occupied UR territory into the mainland or colony. Use the quick occupation and annexation of the territories as a rallying call for my citizens.

    Relocate all nuclear missiles that are at risk of capture, and ready all of our arsenal for use if we detect a launch. Set up AA nests all across our country with bigger anti air facilities guarding all important areas. Start to mass produce surface to air missiles.

    Continue building more and more factories cranking our war supplies, tanks, airplanes at speeds the world has never seen before. Use nuclear power to power the super fast factories and have the nuclear waste be recycled into other generators that can still generate electricity. Have these factories replace the old ones if possible and if it doesnt take a lot of energy and resources.
