    The centrifuge does not recognize NITR as dangerous, even though it causes massive internal bleeding, subdural hemmorage, and hemolysis-ish stuff to happen.

    You put in maybe, some posions such as: Mercury, Acid etc.. and it will show up as dangerous. If you put it vaccines such as Soap or just normal blood it will show up as Neutral.
