Watboi1, with only a few people in your empire that are smart, the process has began. People who do not posess these qualities are being sterilized, but since this has never been a concept before, there have been mass riots in your empire. -
Watboi1 15th Mar 2020I will selectively breed my population to be smarter and more attractive. Sterilise anyone who does not posses any of those qualities and make them work in labour.

DragonEggLol 15th Mar 2020ermm, it's never been done before, but I guess you can try to do it. Selectively breeding will cause poulations to decline but will make the general population smarter. Note that there will be riots in your empire.
