    No defenses?! You can't even get to this city. Anything coming close will be shot down before it reaches the solar system, and teleportation is blocked by hyperlane inhibitors. Plus if you cheat your way in, all your saves will be destroyed by The VSGE fleets... anyway, the materials are nuke resistant.
