    First you have to reach the floating islands above your capital. That's where the Gravity Dust is. Though your floating islands are out of SDC range at the moment. That's my national Dust Company. Schnee Dust Company.

    Well, I'm making some of this up, but Gravity Dust is definitely the safest way to mine other kinds of Dust without setting off the crystals. I watched RWBY. I know how Dust works.
