    You can use gravity Dust to pull the fire Dust out of the rocks. Carefully.

    So no pickaxes. Gravity Dust can be mined with pickaxes, but there is none in your area. You'll have to import gravity Dust to mine fire dust.

    Fire Dust explodes because it is FIRE Dust. It is highly dangerous and should not be mined with conventional methods.
