  The game in general would be less about learning and not as unique as it is now. It could, in fact, be more unique if we take advantage of the possibilities of change for the better to make this community the best it can be.

  That said, I think we can agree that art is permissible in TPT and FP. Anybody can make stuff, and the standards people should have for what gets onto FP or not should be based on creativity. But what I was talking about earlier was the danger of getting too much art. Just like if there was too much of anything else, like computers, the community would be less open and less creative and less likely to have members that extend their knowledge to others.

  @Trinto, nobody is making the argument that people shouldn't be allowed to post art. People who have a problem with the state of FP or argue "utility over all else" understand the concept of how saves get onto FP, which is why they dislike the fact that there are people who vote stuff they don't like onto FP. They directly speak to the people that put the saves on FP and mention their gripes with THEM, not just the save itself.

  I've never had a problem with anything on FP. If I thought anything on there was something I didn't like I would ignore it. I Don't like computer saves because I don't get them. Do I blast them and say "No computers on FP."? No. I don't, Because people are allowed to make anything they want.

  I never understood the "No art on FP" argument. People are allowed to make what they want. They also do not put their own art on FP, the community does. Every like a save gets within a specific timeframe puts the save onto the Front Page. Don't like seeing art on the Front Page? There is this handy tool next to the search bar that filters by date, rather than votes. Don't like that either? Use the many tags on the Front Page, or type one into the search bar yourself.
