    Well BHOL is basically indestructible, and it cannot be destroyed by heat pressure or fire, so yes it does violate the rules.

    My solution used a heavily layered shell(of normal matter), such that it collapses into BHOL upon unpausing, and absorb all particles around it. Does it violate the rules?

    When I'm trying to keep something cool and insulated, I ALWAY use a mixture of gel and insulation.
