    Remember, you can hook up sensors and detectors to the program using wifi.

    This would need more than just memory to be turing complete. It would need at least some sort of branching mechanism, i.e. some way to say "if (stuff) do a, else do b". I believe the current jump system also prevents it from being turing complete - as you can only jump to the next "receiver", in both directions. And, of course the memory that is missing.
