    ahh, what a nice day, what electronic thing should I make? hmm, am thinking about a FILT adder, but how do you change the spectrum of the FILT without using PROP or console for it to be used in computers?

    0x is required to write in HEX , HEX is 4 bit . there are 30 bit in FILT .
