    He should constantly lose blood at a slow rate when he eats nothing because IRL we constantly lose blood cells because they get old and need to be broken down and we drink fluids to make our blood replenish.

    i think the neck is still a bit too thicc. What i would make is to erase the neck more and make it look like this id:2577517 note that the save in that id doesnt have all the electronics, its just an example how the neck could look better
