@Fedor1094_TRUE thats a stoopid answer. @Uganda_Knuckels E-Wall allows the particles to phase trough each other and stack. It also allows some fancy stuff to happen with the pressure, velocity and particles together that allow the jet to form (It also removes speed limit (or something aparently))

thats stopit question
-
DrBronnor: why did ya use e-wall too?
-
Puting a small triangle of fsep in the recess of the charge will make it better

I'm very happy of the comments, you are not just here saying "hay it's good" you are thinking about how it works, how you can counter it and how you can optimize it, there is a lot of interesting comments to read and that's very cool

My way of making any sort of this round impenetrable, 2 pixel iron, 10 pixel goo, 4 pixel ceramic, 15 pixel space, 4 pixel ceramic, 5 pixel quartz, and finally 15 pixel titanium. Might be overkill but gets the job done.
-
You don't need special armor development to block this thing. Just slap on some ceramic on the armor and you got yourself amazing armor.
-
how to effectively stop this from penetrrating: use goo behind the iron, or spaced armor, a few layers of TTAN an inch or 2 infront of the TUNG

Actually no do not replace all of the thermite with fuse powder. Rather mix them together so theres like 50% of each material. This way the thermite activates the fuse powder before the jet forms. If there is no thermite present to activate the fuse powder the jet will not work properly as most of the fuse hasn't burn into plasma yet and the jet will become way weaker.
-
If you replace the Thermite with fuse powder it increases the heat of the jet making it capapble of penetrating thick titanium armour. This doesn't break the jet at all and the shaped charge continues to work the same way.
