  AVeryBigNurd, work on gunpowder is being continued. Pressure and fire alone won't do much against stone. Work on electric motors is underway. Railways are being built, mostly of the same gauge as Superbantom's trains which allows better connectivity.

  Watboi1, parks are getting even more funding, slightly reducing the funding of healthcare and education. The botany project is getting more funding overall than some parts of the military. The abandoned city is being carefully inspected. You lack the technology to even think up of a PCB or any other component of even the most basic of computers. A loyal police force is being trained. A society of hard working has been set up, rather similar to that of Japan's.

  Superbantom, basic electrical devices are being worked on, and large scale factories built to start to produce stuff en masse. The pit(tm) is getting more funding. The city next to the pit is getting more industrialized, further worsening the pollution problems of it. Low payed workers are flocking to the pit, which worsens the general cleanliness of your cities due to less cleaners. Work on industrialization and urbanization is underway. Work on healthcare continues.

  Begin working in ironclad ships and naval guns. Begin training our troops to use muskets and cannons. Begin improving our artillery and create new deadlier shells. Begin mass production of gunpowder and open pit mines. Begin training troops in trench warfare. Begin breeding pigeons and use them as a means of communication between military units out in the field, by attaching a letter carrier to them.

  Begin working in electrical production (producing electricity) as a continuation of the experiments I ordered with the copper wire way back. Begin work on dynamite to use in the mines and begin building a steam powered excavator if possible. Modernize all national infrastructure and services. Begin work on creating metal pipes, valves and large liquid containment silos.

  Continue researching more gunpowder weapons, more ammo for the cannons, and attach these cannons onto the ironclads. Research more modern medicine, medical procedures, better agriculture methods, smoking/steaming meat, better freezer methods, and better armor and tools. Research the scientific method, better physics and aerodynamics, and basically improve apon the entire school curriculum. Build more railways, more railcars, and more government sponsored highways.

  Continue researching electricity, and continue researching its uses/other tools using it. Build more factories churning out more basic materials powered by advanced steam engines, and offer government-run insurance for workplace accidents. Continue to build more supply lines within our own nations and our island colonies. Start mass mining bauxite (aluminum ore) and find out its uses. Begin trying to make trinitrotoluene, a more substance more stable than gunpowder (TNT).
