    Make another attempt to create gunpowder. Start making basic bombs, either via gunpowder or standard fire + pressure buildup, for experimental blast mining. Continue electrical and magnetic research, cullminating on the creation of the electric motor. Start building basic railroads for giant mechanized minecarts, trains, for extremely fast transportation and trading.

    Begin diverting all researchers towards the computer project and improve the scientific facilities to help facilitate this. Build additional mines to help extract additional resources. Establish a police force composed of individuals conditioned to be loyal to the state. Increase security around depots. Establish a strict meritocracy where people will be employed and promoted based on hard work and effort on their part rather than hereditary positions.

    Begin the construction of botanical gardens within our parklands. These botanical gardens will host a variety of exotic species from across the empire if we have any. Further refine certain plants to be more attractive. Create a workforce dedicated to the maintenance and expansion of the gardens. Of course this is to be done it all the cities I have control in. Also begin surveying the abandoned city for any sort of sabotage then begin recolonising the city once it is deemed safe.

    increase the pay of miners working in the great pit, begin to work on oxygen tanks for miners. create a vast factory and ore refinary district in the city near the great pit connected to a huge railway network. encourage low payed workers to work in the great pit. begin to research prototype internal combustion engine and attempt to initiate somthing similar to the industrial revolution in my nation. research better healthcare and build more hospitals. increase trade with other NCA nations

    heavily intensify research on electricity and its uses, research lightbulbs and many other useful electrical devices.begin to construct large factories near rivers with huge waterwheels powering electrical generators to power electrical machineary, these factories should be surrounded by their own towns to provide a large workforce and should be directly connected to a railway. build these all over my nation and invest alot of resources in their construction. build more railways.
