    When waste reprocessing is complete begin implementing it everywhere it can be used. Begin building and upgrading factories to specialise in certain areas of production, these factories are then to be allocated specially trained workers taught how to perform their chosen task most effectively. Begin to build more mines in my cities to extract more resources. We shall also begin the development of basic electrical computers.
