    Strap the steam engines on carts and call them steam cars (we've had the small engines on development for a while now) as well as put the engines on the trains. Start researching military traps made out of gunpowder, ie landmines. Research a new armor: DETAILS IN DMS. Start manufacturing the armor, but destribute it 1-2 years after making it, since replacing it immediantly will cost a lot. Raise taxes, 20% will go to military, 20% public care, 35% infastructure, 25% government research.

    Continue development on the engines and the trains. Using gunpowder, develop a device called a "gun" that shoots a lead ball at high speeds to penetrate armor. We can build bigger versions of these, called "cannons" that shoot LARGE lead balls at high speeds to go BOOM moment. We can also fill these with gunpowder. Build more military traps near our capitol. Develop steam powered factories that churn out lead balls and gunpowder faster than humans can make.

    Begin implementing electricity in all industrial processes possible. Use it to also help heat my peoples homes and build charcoal production facilities where needed. Begin the development of sign language to be used alongside verbal language. Begin building large stone walls around my cities and build buildings to be defensible, essentially small fortresses, all buildings are to be subject to this even things like nurseries etc. Look for Cr. Invent the lightbulb.
