  Add yet another new military run learning program. This one will be required attendance from 5 years old and end at 10. This course will make the child learn to play a minimum of at least 1 musical instrument, basic and advanced problem solving and they will be conditioned, non violently, to be loyal to the state and see it as the great nation it is. They will be taught the greater good, how to read, write and do basic mathematics alongside basic scientific theory and sanitation.

  Initiate trades with the Bantarians, with resources such as wood, glass, clay, and ores. Start making tracks and rails for minecarts, for easier transportation. Mechanize these small minecarts with engines for higher speed. Attempt to make 10 experimental small wooden ships. Give our colonists horses and more resources, to increase their speed. Bring our western colonist group south to make a push east, on the coast.

  the children taken from their families should be put in high quality orphaniges. massively encourage intelligent people to only marry other intelligent people. Find children who are much more intelligent then average and send them to advanced SCIENCE guild run schools. The SCIENCE guild should create intelligence tests for my nations population, everyone should take a test at ages 4, 12 and 22. use the printingpress to mass produce educational books.

  begin to research "guns" that fire scalding high pressure and high temperature steam. increase work on smaller steam engines, stainless steel, gunpowder, trains and steam powered boats. encourage families to have 4 to 6 children these families will get extra food along with higher wages, there should be yearly inspections to see if children are being treated correctly by their familes, if they are not heir families fill be fined and all their privaliges and children taken away

  Continue expanding existing mines and open new ones. Begin working on a steam powered generator and design turbines. Begin building ten ships with with the reinforced hulls and double decks. Expand the police forces in cities and begin creating remedies for illnesses like the common cold. Create a medical research laboratory and a military research laboratory. Begin development of barbed wire and make capable of filtering oxygen(work on the filters as well).

  Begin designing a steam engine and begin designing pistons and drills. Begin designing cannons/cannonballs and muskets. Begin erecting a defensive wall around each city, build moats surrounding them. Begin training groups of elite archers that are to train in mountain terrain and learn how to use it to their advantage. Begin training military units to be self sufficient and begin taming the horses. Begin extracting the limestone

  Superbantom, a massive naval programme is underway. Steam powered ships and steel-clads are being researched. Stainless steel is being researched. Expansion efforts are underway. Steel and aluminium alloys are being worked on. The 20 ships have been dispatched. Pit miners are being paid more but forced to work longer hours to some moderate unrest. Hospitals are being created.
