  Continue expansion programs with incentives of money in order to continue southern expansion. Begin programs to expand further east, only stopping when the coast has been reached. Develop types of boats capable of passing through icy water and traveling longer distances. Experiment with the properties of steel, coal, and other metals/alloys.

  Begin building "guard towers" with guards that have bows on our walls for improved security. Start researching mirrors, and begin researching paper. Expand into the mainland, and expand the colony as well. Implement more and more of the semi-automated water mill machinery into our cities, and have the infastructure prepare for the upcoming steam engine as well. Build bunkers (basically reinforced stone buildings partly underground)

  As normal, expand west/north/south. Next, use these ovens+coal to see if they can cook food better then fire. Try to train the hores to pull carages. If metal is found, try to see what it can be used for, if not, cintinue mining [Sorry I am on diff computer so bad spelling]

  create the create the "Great Library of Bantar" in my capital, it is a vast library, make it house the centre of my nations government and also make it the centre of the SCIENCE guild, hoard every book, poem or piece of written information my nation has created in it and begin do create a huge effort to record all of my nations accesable history and store the texts in it, past or present. also use large fans powered by windmills on the surface to ventilate my mines.

  research the potential uses of steam, develop better mechanical equipment primarily using iron and create more efficient wind mills and water wheels. massively expand existing shipyards and build a multipurpourse fleet composed of 10 of the best ships my nation can create. create lots of fishing fleets, composed of many small cheap ships with large nets that will catch lots of fish to sustain my population, begin using ink and paper if i can.

  Begin the construction of a large tower that extends both into the air and underground. It will be used as a colossal library where all prior knowledge will be transcribed to. It will have numerous smaller towers attached to it where new knowledge will be processed into books and older books will be transcribed again. The library will contain multiple copies of the same book. At the very top of the central tower a dome will be made where the government shall gather. Build in capital please.

  Look for where the pipes may lead to on the surface or find some sort of way of accessing it. Also attempt to enter the ruins we found a while ago. If we are still unable to enter it then establish an observation post to attempt to find a way to enter it. Continue steam engine research. Build another underground city.

  Continue researching the steam engine while implementing some of the water mill machinery that we had into the engine to see if it makes it work. Start making large aqueducts and pipes that bring fresh water into houses. The water can be moved through manual labor or by using the water mills. Begin researching better armor, preferably lighter armor that protects against arrows reasonably. Teach sanitary things such as using soap or washing hands before doing medical stuff.

  Continue working on the proposed steam engine. Begin going for refinement of the military and medicine; create basic soaps for hygiene. Train 200 more troops, and retrain all troops with better military strategies such as encirclement and flanking.
