The town near to the great pit is being made into a major mining city. The line between a police force and army unit is being thinned.

    Alsobuild more roads between my cities, mines and farmland.Allow the practice of indentured servitude meaning those unable to pay of debts and their family will be placed in servitude under the loan giver who now owns them.children born into indentured family will also be placed under servitude as well but the owner of the indentured must educate them.The indentured shall live on the lands of their owners In humane conditions. They shall not be paid.They are employed indefinitely until released.
