  Schools will be made free and will provide basic education in mathematics, written language and can them take either mining, engineering, science or agriculture as a third subject. If a parent demands their child be placed in a certain subject then it will be done. A educator can Vito this if they provide sufficient evidence that the child would do better in another subject.   Begin construction of more schools to facilitate the growing population.Build another underground city. Form a society composed of those unable to produce children wether by age or by defect or left as widows and unable to find a new husband. These people shall be trained to be elite midwifes and help those around the nation prepare and then give birth. They shall also be trained in basic medicinal practices.

  Begin placing a great cultural importance upon having many children and a large family, tell the populace that having a large amount of children ensures that you will be able to have a supply of relatively cheap labour and ensure that your family name will be passed on. Discourage the female population from engaging in manual labour and focus more on getting married and raising a family.

Begin more thorough research on extracted materials and potential uses of those materials.   Establish a new religion: No religion. Instead of religious buildings, there should be research halls, science parks, and national scientific groups dedicated to the progression of science. They should know that are all athiests, bound to one life, that we should take this opportunity not to have more wealth, or to have more property, but to improve the lives of others, because what happened to you was lucky, and will not happen to others.

  Continue to try to find new ores, mix any of them with our old ores, and subject all of the ores to a lethalness, hardness, and brittleness test. Begin researching out the kinks of the new armor and weaponry, see if we can decrease weight of the armor, see if we can make tools any better, see if we can shape the swords differently to get any new shape. Begin building a new boat - a colonizing one, built for maximum distance, and for maximum capacity and cargo.

  Begin making more steel tools, pickaxes, shoves, axes, things like that. Have dedicated rooms be made to semi-automate these processes using water powered hammers. Research better forges, using better insulation and more airflow to achieve higher temperatures. Also, do the customary thing of R E S E A R C H better boats. Research better concrete, preferably just mixing a lot of stones together into the mix until it works. We can reinforce our concrete if we put metal bars into it.
