They will receive a pass to verify and claim their boons that must be renewed every month and maintain a baby quota of 1 per year. Birthing twins will grant a complete removal of taxing.   Begin taxing my people a small amount of money stating that it will be used to help improve living standards and fund new buildings. Build another cave city with standard infrastructure.   Begin mining along these pipelines. Divert miners from other areas to begin mining along them to expedite the process. Begin expanding my language to become more sophisticated and complex to allow for greater expression both verbally and on paper. Begin the development of ink and paper to allow for more effective records to be kept and for books to be made so that information can be passed on with greater ease.

  Begin the great expansion. This process is to take quite some time and is to be done automatically, the same goes for the constructon of cities, ports and factories, and they are to be built where I placed them on the map. Have large stockpiles of stone and wood created for this ambitious project. Each city built is to have a garrison of 100 rangers.

  expand my police force/army by recruiting 900 more troops, give them basic iron armour, swords and equipment. when not being used in combat they will serve as a police force reducing crime in my nation, they shall be payed reasonably well.

  Begin researching better, steel reinforced tripple mast ships, and gradually build ten. Open a navy academy and begin training sailors. Attempt to establsih a road connecting the newly established lumber colony and the capital. Have it run along the coast if necessary due to a lack of other routes. Make basic education mandatory for all citizens, and create a national tax, and create an internal revenue dpartment to manage it.

  Begin simplistic mining operations and selective breeding of crops capable of producing higher yields and survive better in the arctic climate. Develop better forms of insulation on houses in order to prevent deaths during harsh cold periods. Set up fishing complexes and develop boats capable of crossing short parts of the nearby lake, and settle a new city on the southern coast of the lake when reliable routes across or around the lake are created.

  build more quarries and make the existing ones deeper, my nations scouts should search every part of my terrortory for unusual objects, potentual ore/mineral deposites and useful animals and plants, continue cutting down forests on my main island and replanting them in lots of areas, expand existing settlements and build new ones, especially in newly owned terrortory.

  It is time to begin the search for oil. Begin sending out teams to search the desert for oil pocketsand set up drilling stations. Set up a department of industry to manage the construction of the oil fields. Begin researching the wheel and search for lead and copper. Begin producing steel and charcoal using unused wood from the lumber. Begin constructing a dam at the mouth of the river where it connects to the lake(so the water flows out into it).
