A new library is being constructed beneath your capital. Wooden poles are being put up to support the mineshafts.   Watboi1, there aren't any bigger animals than the local mountain goats in the swamps due to it being a swamp. Ventilation shafts are being dug to enable you to dig deeper. Some of your explorers have also found some particularly dry areas somewhere in the south eastern swamp areas.

  Umm: Bettering equipment includes improving durability and effectivenessand utilising more stuff basically just means using more resources. On top of that, begin digging, and looking for more valuable resources, and look at moving my people onto ships, to prepare to go east

  Also begin the development and construction of wooden platforms that stay on the swamp surfaces either through flotation or via wooden supports kept in the ground. These platforms will have holes in them allowing for plants to be grown on and around them whilst farmers are able to move more easily along the platforms. Also begin offering housing to younger couples and offer food incentives to them to encourage propagation. Also end the forceful suppression of other religions.

  Create an intelligence service that will oversee all future covert political/military actions. Create a department of defense to oversee military actions, and a department of foreign affairs to oversee all foreign political actions/interactions.

  Create a medical program at the university to increase the amount of medical professionals in our nation, and create a mathematics program. Build a large library in the capital so that people may have access to our nation's history and culture. Begin spreading the religion throughout the university campus to see if young people seem more interested, and perhaps they shall spread it to their families and friends.

  These towers are not to exceed our territory of course, as there is no need for that at the moment. Continue to expand the road network, and begin implementation of a primitive sewage and garbage collection system in the capital. Begin upgrading the roads in the capital from gravel to stone following the Roman technique. The same goes for the sewage disposal system.

  Begin looking for sulfur deposits and open up mining facilities there. Begin searching for Niter as well. Once the fort near the capital (troop factory) is completed, train an additional 500 troops, and 50 camel cavalry if possible. Begin fabricating swords and shields and bows/arrows and train the men on how to use them. Begin setting up scout towers within each set of 20km away from the capital, so that we can spot enemies from far away.
