  Begin land expansions and settlements of new villages around the east and west coasts of the lake. Begin testing of local herbs and plants in use as simple medicines. Set up fisheries on the coast of the ocean in order to have access to fish year round while the lake is frozen over. Begin using stone to make more durable homes and roads.   Look at ways of improving and up-scaling the canoes. Begin making spears with rocks and sticks, and begin using wildlife to predict the weather, aswell as if storms are coming. Begin recruiting people to defend the island from other natives(If they get agressive) and begin spreading Amoraianism on the island

  Loom, mud bricks are being used to build new housing. Expansion is underway. Your agricultural division is focusing on food production. Your current access to grapes is very limited, as the ones that you do have are unfit for large scale production or usage in fermentation. The mining division has been set up.

  DragonEggLol, stronger boats are being looked into, which have some primitive sails which allows greater range with the right conditions. A bigger standing army is being raised. Local foragables are being tested, which results in some deaths but will aid you in the future. A small military complex has been set up as a central location of operations.

  DragonEggLol, a basic written language is being implemented. A schooling system is being worked on. Mines are being set up and are bringing in large amounts of copper, which is rather hard to refine in large patches. Clay is being used to make bricks which have other stones mixed in to contruct houses out of. Walls are being erected around your "capital" and other more important but smaller settlements.

  DragonEggLol, sea salt is being used to help preserve your food. Bone tools are being used. More preservation is being used on meat which allows your exploration teams to go longer without having the food they brought with them spoil. All nearby animals (mostly wolves and goats) are being domesticated.

  N2H4, expansion and extraction efforts are underway, and basic refining and metallurgy are being implemented. Selective breeding of nearby animals (namely muffallo, big cow like creatures with thick fur, which is very cold resistant and strong). New tools prove to be much more effective at getting through permafrost, which allows you access to more resources than before.
