    Begin the development of the abacus and the microscope if possible. Begin to further search for the revolutionaries. Ensure that all school have a uniform. Begin de fortifying buildings. Begin instead to make the building so that they focus heavily on their beauty. Increase funding for education. Begin building additional gardens and hold multiple cultural celebrations monthly. Begin recording most things such as crop yields, weather etc.

    Remove the enforced military service systems. Both. Begin developing a new education system overhauled with modern information. All children after the age of 2 will be required to enter formal education. This education will teach them basic science, literature, a musical instrument, history and mathematics. They will then be required to enter higher education. These schools are to last 7 hours a day 6 days a week. Encourage everyone to place heavy emphasis And pressure on academic success.

    build five more ships of the same disign of the 15 colony ships and merge them with the 15 colony ships, turn these 20 ships into cargo ships transporting needed items to the western colony. build railways in my westen colony, begin to attach cannons to ships and research more powerful cannons, research more efficient and faster engines for my boats. make schools larger and drastically improve my education system. begin creating factories designed to mass produce books.

    Begin to work on basic internal combustion engines, research wind powered generators and build them in windy high altitude areas, try to increase the efficiency of electrical generators and look into ways of reducing pollution without harming production. recall my 15 colonisation ships, once they returned upgrade them to the latest design and outfit them so they are larger, faster and can difinately survive the crossing to the west.

    Give basic military training to our civilians for free, its not mandatory, and you can get a few bucks out of it. Continue improving on sewers, public services, aqueducts, steam pumps, steam heaters in homes, public spas, public parks, and basically just slowly integrate modern tech into our outdated stuff. Continue researching better mortors, cannons, muskets, and pistols. Begin researching sythetic fibers/plastics.

    Continue advancing our colony towards the north. Send a colony to 521 249. Set up a dock there. Continue improving infastructure, supply lines, and warehouses. Continue researching simply aerodynamics. Improve on the ICE (internal combustion engine) to make smaller and to make better cars. See if we can upscale the combustion engine to put it on the ironclads, and if it will have better efficiency. If not, continue with steam. Continue trying to mine new ores, going deeper and deeper.

    Now that I have a close border with the Bantarians, send an offer for a trade agreement with them. Continue experiments with steam engines and their uses in automation of the mining process. Begin development of basic explosive weapons and simplistic guns.

    NuttyMcNuttzz, work on electricity is continued. More advanced mining methods are being worked on. National infrastructure is being built/improved. Gunpowder weaponry usage and capabilities are being teached/bettered. Mass production of gunpowder is underway. Trench warfare and basic long range communication are being worked on.

    DragonEggLol, ironclads have been built, mostly powered by a screw which in turn gets powered by dual steam engines due to their slightly lacking power output. Continued work on electricity is underway. The military and civilian industrial complexes are being expanded. Mining of bauxite is being expanded. Continued work on better gunpowder weapons is underway. Things are being improved. Scientific knowledge and education is being expanded.
