    you are mainly right, this does still get used for political assasinations regardless of civilian casualties, my alternate universe is very uncaring and brutal

    this seems more like a deterrence weapon than a political assassination weapon lol. can't imagine someone nuke an entire city to kill a politician. this is the kind of weapon you don't have to even use cause everyone is so scared of it
