  Begin research on lighter metals and begin testing out this new GTNT. Start trying to make it more effective and pure, and begin building infrastructure to mass produce this. Start testing naval HE shells packed with this GTNT, and see its effectiveness in possible artillery and tank shells. If not possible, see if we can mix this GTNT with other explosives to make the overall effectiveness rise. In addition, test this with the 203 mm howitzer that we have.

  Continue development of our exosuits and begin production of standard model suits for the military as well as for normal civilian duties. The suit is to be powered by a lithium-ion battery. In addition, there is to be an integrated modular system with customizable attachable radios, small computers, and ammunition boxes. Build 200 ships and continue the development of effective communication methods. Continue development of long-range torpedoes and computer technology.

  Develop a smaller and faster alternative to diesel, and see how they can be used for vehicles. Continue work on that versatile soil. Thats about it.

  Begin making stem or hydropower plants to begin supplying electricity for people, and develop a light source like natural gas, with the little electric sparks to light it. Maybe some arc lamps too. Begin research on soldier health and what we can give them to keep them healthy and strong so they can fight well. Create a honor code for the soldiers, they must give their lives if nessesary for their people and country.

  Begin a census to find out how many people we need to send to the army, and create ships capable of carrying larger guns so we arent as vulnerable on the sea. Try to gather as much info on other nations regarding technology (not spying just doing some research. Set up small watch posts at the border and develop a system of communication that doesnt require horseback or vehicle transport so that the army can begin moving at short notice.

  Steam ( or diesel) tanks. Listen to what the people have to say about our dictatorship, and explain that the dictator is bound by our constitution, hopefully similar to the U.S. Constitution if needed. We can decide what changes to make for what the citizens have to say. We dont wanna be like China.

  Seeing as we may be vulnerable to an invasion, half of the able bodied male population must serve in the army for one year, after the year is over, the other half must serve the same amount of time, and continue the cycle until further notice. Develop bolt action rifles and make our steam ( or diesel, I forgot if were using diesel for that) more capable of traversing terrain. Create a Gatling style gun for mowing down a possible invading force. Attach these to lighter armored anti personnel
