    Seeing as we may be vulnerable to an invasion, half of the able bodied male population must serve in the army for one year, after the year is over, the other half must serve the same amount of time, and continue the cycle until further notice. Develop bolt action rifles and make our steam ( or diesel, I forgot if were using diesel for that) more capable of traversing terrain. Create a Gatling style gun for mowing down a possible invading force. Attach these to lighter armored anti personnel
