speed up the construction of the bases research ways to make the exosuits faster and research robots that can build but only use them for above ground building so we can move the builders to the underground and research basic freezers for food preservation

Running on rails. Create more alcoholic beverages, because people seem to like them, and it may increase happiness. Seeing as they have not so good effects, only allow them at designated bars and inns, with liscenses for them.

Create roads to the ocean, and send some settlers and soldiers, of course if possible. Seeing as we don't seem to need muzzleloaders anymore, create mechanical (or gravity) fed magazines for our firearms. Once engine tech is complete, replace steam engines with these, and begin mass producing diesel. Use large steam engines for factory conveyer belt and machinery, since steam seems to be better for these uses. Develop large scale steam engines for large scale things. Create a form of vehicle
