  Also start mass campaings to encourage and recruit more citizens to join army /navy....Start researching for transportation trough air....Build stronger and lighter weapons...Improve market system by reducing taxation from foreign goods..and also start training soldiers/ navy in batches for colonizing and gaining the eastern continent.

  With the future plans of civlian infrastructre set in stone, we would use the fundings put in research to fund bizarre inventions, with the most bizarre one to be something literally impossible. A flying stick. We would attach wings onto the perfect stick we have chosen and prepare for the preperations of throwing it. With the bizarre test being hidden from public eye the construction of mines withen the highlands would being with viens of iron being discovered.
