    Continue work on ICEs. Start mixing chemicals together and see what they do (in a reinforced lab area that is sealed off, of course) Begin experimenting with magnets and electromagnets. Start researching modern medicine, as well as vaccines. Create extremely secure laboratories designated specifically to contain biohazards. Begin making large steel plates that can be used in virtually every field, reducing the need to make small specified plates for specific things.

    Set up a new government funded scientific group, it is to be consisted of top scientists from our lands, as well as a group of 20 amateur scientists, to provide an basic look on things. Any new discoveries that are not useful in the military or have any significant value will be inserted into our school curriculum. Begin redesigning all of our cities: mines should have a straight path to refinaries and factories. Warehouses should be right next to railroads that lead directly to the factories.

    Research steam powered large drills that can mine large tunnels deep into the surface. Further automate our factories and experiment with some basic robotic arms if possible. Experiment with metals and alloys of them to try to find more effective materials. Begin researching basic chemicals for overall usage and military usage.

    Send 20 ships to the large sulphur deposit up north (where nutty is going) and set up a colonization and mining camp. Start sending out scouts to map our sorrounding continents as well as our own coastlines down south. Continue expansion efforts, and set up proper rest stops this time. Continue city development, and expand our production areas in our growing borders.

    Expand the military equipment factories to also include production for civilian goods like clothing or tools. Continue automating the mining process, and begin using engines to automate manufacturing. Direct more funding towards the combustion engine products. Bgin research on air resistance, drag, and the properties of air.

    Begin defending the northern border from the raider groups. Continue research of the accidental electromagnet, and experiment with what uses it could have. Begin expansion of research programs to discovering potentially useful compunts and chemicals in nature. Insert newly discovered knowledge into the school curriculum, and begin recruiting government researchers from the top performers.

    start researching for gas masks that would protect the miners,split the militrary to 5:long range,heavy duty,horse riders, sailers,tunnelers (i will explain what they all are in the discord dms), start making simple steam engine powered walkers, use them for transport (for now :))

    Resume with large scale expansion efforts. Further improve our logistical systems, and make specialized military only rail networks. Work on improving the educational system and on our healthcare system, the Emperor has no use of weak subjects. Start to work on producing and using concrete. Work on steam powered paddlers and retrofit our sailing ships with screws if possible. Make belief and service of the Emperor paramount to anything else.
