  continue to massivly expand my capital until it covers the entire island in structures, construct large concrete subterranian storage areas where a huge amount of raw materials, refined materials and preservable food will be stored for future use. begin to use concrete heavily in construction and research basic asphalt and build road networks out of it. create large concrete bridges to cross rivers and connect nearby islands to eachother or to the mainland. continue to selectively breed trees.

  heavily fund level 3 schools, hopefully creating more experienced researchers. create standard intelligeance tests that will determine which school level children will go to. make sure that students from level 3 schools can go to university for free and will recieve the best education there while students from level 2 schools will have to pay and students from level 1 schools cant go atall.

  begin a project to build a huge railway to my north eastern colony, connecting it to my nation, the team should consist of around 10000 workers and should be escorted by 1000 soldiers during constuction. send a team of colonists and archeologists to X268 Y222 in an attempt to colonise the huge ruined city, they should be escourted by a team of 5000 soldiers for protection. create naval training centers where the crew of military vessels will be recruited and trained.

  expand mining efforts anlong the crater wall and section some areas as huge mining districts, hopefully allowing recovery from the resource and wealth drain. begin to round up the homeless and give them food and housing aslong as they work in the mines. hugely expand all mining efforts and use trains and steam powered minecarts to haul resouces out of mines and straight into refinaries. begin to cut down large sections of forest and replace them with tree plantations to mass produce wood.

  intensify the use of steam and water power in factories and create machines that can operate with very little human imput and can produce a huge amount of goods, try to initiate a revolution in material production and the use of machines to mass produce goods. continue to build railways all over my nation allowing fast transport of goods, people and soldiers. create huge train stations in all majour cities and further expand the subway network in my capital.

  research far more complex mechanical components. begin a huge search in unexplored areas for bioluminescent flora that could be used or selecively bred for a cheap lightsource. release a huge propoganda campaign targeted at ages 4-25 encouraging loyalty to the government and the crataran imperium along with massivly encouaging the pursuit of science and knowledge in general. create large pipe and sewage networks, disposing of waste and providing clean water for all towns and cities.

  continue to expand my nations scientfic knowledge, begin to seperate chemical elements from compounds and begin to test many reactions between different chemicals for potential uses. create a periodic table of elements, sorting elements based on their mass and properties. look into the theory of evolution and begin to implement it into the entirety of biology. build more research institutes and universities, if i have the printing press mass produce enduational (especially scientific) books.

  Set up a colonization and mining effort to the sulfur deposit directly east of me. Continue with mapping efforts to get more precise maps for the military to use, however these precise maps are to be kept under strict surveillance. Work on improving our steam engines, and work on turbines. Continue our investigations of electricity. Continue with the efforts to burn the jungles in order to free up more space for more mines and farmlands.
