  Crete an industrial rail system to alow locomotives transport materials from the mines to factories/mills. Create a passenger rail system as well to connect all cities. Begin working on clothing capable of withstanding cold temparatures. Increase funding towards the military and expansion efforts. Offer subsidies to colonists to increase interest in the program. Begin building larger housing unit in cities to increase capacity and the amount of space urban sprawl consumes.

  Continue improving our ships designs, and begin work on internal combustion engines. Begin building steel/lumber mills specifically for the army/navy. Send a colonisation fleet to x:94 y:103. Train another 2000 troops and once they are trained, have my troops march towards the ai East of me. Begin extraacting coal in the East. Begin working on steam powered drills and excavators, and create a minecart system in the mines.

  Begin looking into ways to make our miners more efficient, including the production of drills with beads as the mining heads to reduce the need for strong materials but retain the effectiveness. Work on further automating our factories with the help of steam power. Try to advance our metallurgy and forging capabilities and increase our industry size overall. Start building the first and very primitive hive city.

  Extend maternity leave to 1 year and paternity leave to 6 months, both with pay. Expand the wellfare program. Build homeless shelters in all cities. Build community colleges that offer lower quality courses at lower prices fr the less fortunate. Build trade schools for those interested in manual work. Modernize the road system now that we have steam cars to have them be made of cobblestone with a layer of compact gravel underneath.

  Continue improving our ships design and cpabilities. Begin producing sheet metal. Build another 10 ships and upgrade the undamaged ships to current design. Begin working on crossbows. Improve our militiray command structure and general military cpabilities through advanced extensive training, including how to survive in the wild in case troops get cut off from their units. Begin creating military supply caravans and a logistics department. Create a department of national defense as well.

  expand more into the swamp, keep pushing into the enemy lines, start making trains, start researching for ther recipe "greek fire", start making more banks, build scouting towers all around the nation, make more ships, start making more cannons and ballistas around the enemy land, use the mammoths to push in and the wolfs to attack the cavalry

  Begin the treatment of the wounded and burry the dead, and build a memorial with their names engraved on it. Continue studyng these massive animals from afar. Begin building isolated chambers in the disease research center(drc from now on) to limit exposure to viruses, and design outfits to protect the scientists. Expand mines, and begin begin extracting gold and diamonds in the North. Begin searching further outside the territory for better resources.

  Train another 3000 troops. Reinforce and automate as many parts of the mining process as possible. Experiment with metals and alloys to find which ones are best in armor and weapons. Continue further research on explosive, flammable, and toxic weaponry.
